"Joe invited us into HQ to go through the design phase. He made it effortless with his up-to-date eye for design. From then, all the hardware and plans were laid out and a solid timeline for the entire project was mapped out. (The awesome part was there were binders he distributed that had all this information printed out and easy to follow.) Once the project started, a different set of experts would come for each phase: demolition, carpentry, tile, plumbing, electricity, etc. Again, I felt we were in very good hands the whole way through, since each set of experts were great to work with."
